1.Ultra high molecular weight polyethylene rope
The high-performance mooring ropes made of ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene (UHMWPE) are woven by first-class new UHMWPE fibers through advanced mechanical processes. They have structures with 8 strands and 12 strands. In critical applications where high strength, light weight, and safety are of great importance, it has proven to be a cost-saving alternative to steel wire ropes. The weight of UHMWPE ropes is only one-eighth that of steel wires. In most operations, it requires fewer crew members, significantly reducing mooring time and tugboat costs, and improving the safety of the crew. With its light weight, high strength, and low elongation, it is an ideal choice for tugboat assist/handling ropes. It enables quick and efficient connection and control response, and achieves a longer service life in various applications.

2.Ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene with outer sheath cable
The inner core is woven from high-molecular polyethylene fibers, and the outer layer is woven from polyester to serve as a sheath. This combination prevents the cable from rotating and knotting, while maintaining its ultra-high strength. The application of the polyester sheath endows the cable with better abrasion resistance, providing better protection for the inner ropes.

Polypropylene cables and ropes are mainly made of high-performance polypropylene fibers, and their comprehensive performance is better than that of ordinary ropes. They are mainly applied in the fields of ships, shipping, marine engineering, etc. This kind of rope is convenient to operate and will not rotate. They are all composed of eight-strand or twelve-strand bobbins, with every two pairs woven in a staggered pattern.

4.Nylon rope
t is made of high-quality brand-new nylon and polyamide materials, featuring good elasticity and the ability to absorb instantaneous tension. It has excellent abrasion resistance, UV resistance, chemical resistance, and good cyclic load performance. With outstanding elongation properties, it is also suitable for making the tails of cables. They are produced in accordance with international standards, such as DIN EN ISO 1140, etc. The design is user-friendly, easy to operate, and simple to splice.

5.Polyester rope
The polyester rope is made of high-strength polyester filaments. It has excellent wear resistance, UV resistance, and corrosion resistance, and its strength is higher than that of polypropylene rope. The polyester rope hardly absorbs water, so its strength remains relatively stable whether it is dry or wet. Due to the high heat resistance of polyester, the polyester rope is more suitable for use in environments with higher temperatures. They are produced in accordance with international standards, such as DIN EN ISO 1141 and so on. They feature a user-friendly design, are easy to operate, and can be easily spliced.

7.Polypropylene multi-filament rope
The scientific name of polypropylene filament is polypropylene fiber. It is a fiber made from propylene as the raw material through polymerization and melt spinning. Polypropylene multifilament ropes have the advantages of low cost, high strength, and low relative density. Polypropylene multifilament ropes also have the advantages of smooth and soft hand feeling and good abrasion resistance, and they are known as "floating nylon". The density of polypropylene fiber is less than 1, so it can float on water. The strength and elongation in the wet state are basically the same as those in the standard state. It is widely used in the field of ship navigation.
